The Project for New Ruralism

I have been tangentially involved with New Urbanism for a few years, but I grew up in the country and many of my real estate projects are located outside of the city. Milton Grenfell recently sent me an article by Russell Versaci called “New Ruralism“. Developers are looking to our agrarian past to create communities”. The article appeared in the Spring 2008 edition of New House Journal’s New Old House.
